A Patient-Centered Philosophy of Medicine and Service
EternaLab Tokyo places clients at the center, bringing together medical expertise, spatial design, and Japanese hospitality as one. From dedicated reception, tea service, and one-on-one consultations, to companionship during treatment and follow-up care afterward, every step is designed around each patient's needs and feelings. Our clinic spaces also prioritize privacy, comfort, and thoughtful flow design, reducing the distance and tension common in conventional medical environments. We believe that truly high-quality care is expressed not only through technique, but in every moment of being understood, respected, and attentively cared for.

Personalized Medicine Backed by Scientific Data
EternaLab Tokyo does not apply a single treatment protocol to every patient. Instead, we begin with precise testing and physician evaluation to understand each individual's physical condition before designing a tailored medical plan. Our testing framework draws on the expertise of BML, one of Japan's largest clinical testing institutions, gathering objective data through a wide range of clinical and advanced tests. Physicians then interpret this data comprehensively, using it as a key basis for treatment selection, timing of intervention, and ongoing health management. Continued tracking after treatment allows health management to move beyond experience-based judgment toward something quantifiable, comparable, and consistently monitored.

Japan's Regulatory Framework for Regenerative Medicine Safety
Since 2014, Japan has enforced the Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine (ASRM), establishing a tiered management system — Class I, II, and III — based on the level of risk regenerative medicine may pose to human life and health. EternaLab Tokyo provides its medical services within this regulatory framework, following the applicable requirements at every stage: treatment plan review, cell processing and quality management, clinical use, documentation, and follow-up tracking. Safety, in our view, is not merely a promise — it is a medical foundation built on institutional oversight, defined processes, and traceable management.

BIJ Cell Culture Management System
BIJ (Bio-Therapy Institute of Japan) operates a CPF cell culture and processing facility licensed to manufacture designated cell-processed products under Japan's Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine. Every step — from cell culture and processing to quality management — is carried out within a strictly controlled professional environment. With a track record of over 80,000 cell processing cases, BIJ provides cell processing services to more than 60 medical institutions across Japan, supporting the clinical application of regenerative medicine through years of accumulated cell culture expertise and standardized management systems.
